Custom Fabrication: We are again taking on custom fabrication jobs on a per case basis. Labor rate
is $100/hr plus materials.
TIG Welding: If you simply need something TIG welded together we can help. Labor rate for TIG welding
stainless is $20/weld.....TIG welding aluminum will run $30/weld. Prices may vary depending upon the
state of the metal. The cleaner it is and the tighter the fit of the parts..... the better for you.
Development, Jigging, & Production services: Have a product that you would like
to produce for your own catalog? We will work with you through all stages of
development...whether starting from an idea or jigging an existing piece for production.
The time, difficulty and cost of materials is, of course, the determining factor on cost.
Jigging a part for production will involve a one-time jig/setup fee depending upon the
product and any subsequent products produced will be a standard flat rate. Please
contact us for further information on such services.
